Mark Teague, owner of Teague Inspections, Inc. has over 27 years of experience doing quality home inspections and 35 years of experience in the construction field. Mark has performed over 6,000 inspections in the Springfield and surrounding area, establishing a reputation of being thorough and non-biased for his clients.

Mark understands the dynamics involved in the purchase and sale of a home and strives to eliminate surprises for both the buyer and seller. Mark encourages buyers to join him as he nears completion of their inspection so that they can learn about his findings and recommendations immediately…and will provide his documented report usually within 24 hours.

Mark has been licensed with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations (IDFPR) since the inception of home inspection regulation in 2003 (#210!) and has formerly held a position with the Central Illinois Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (CICASHI). He uses state of the art inspection equipment and reporting software that he has customized from his experience in the field.
